Training all delivered online over 3-4 sessions with key staff at Abel.

There were several challenges for both Abel and Trackplan:

– uploading over 1200 assets across over 50 asset categories

– creation of over 130 PPM schedules, most of which linked to the assets by asset class

– design of over 230 electronic forms covering all manner of PPM checklists and inspection sheets.  Including Quarterly Fan Inspections and Chiller logs

After a few months the assets and PPM Schedules were set up and functioning well:

– Over 400 PPM jobs created each month from the 130 PPM schedules

– Over 100 job requests from the bank and subsequent reactive jobs managed and completed each month.

Now functioning very well after a lot of hard work at the beginning from both sides!
