SFG20 provide a detailed database of over 1000 maintenance schedules for hundreds of different asset types. All of these maintenance schedules can be accessed in Facilities-iQ, SFG20’s smart software solution.
As a Digital Partner, Trackplan is fully integrated with Facilities-iQ through SFG20’s Application Programming Interface (API).

How Does the Integration Work?
Our integration with SFG20 means that all the latest, most accurate compliance schedules and maintenance standards are now automatically pulled into our system. The integration ensures that contractors and internal engineers always have access to the most current standards, tasks, and checklists directly on their mobile apps or within our platform. Here’s how it work:
- Create your regimes within SFG20 and add the relevant planned schedules.
- Link the planned schedules to your sites, location or assets within Trackplan.
- Once linked and the next due date has been inputted, Trackplan will automatically generate the jobs on a predetermined frequency.
- Automatically attached to the jobs are the checklists which can be completed down via the contractor portal or mobile apps.
