Asset Management

 
We imported a comprehensive asset register into Trackplan, allowing each store to track major equipment and maintenance histories. Linking work orders to assets now enables data-driven decisions on repair versus replacement and eliminates unnecessary callouts- particularly for items under warranty.   QR coding assets has further improved traceability and enabled seamless job logging via the mobile app.
 

Cost Tracking

 
All costs and invoices are processed within Trackplan. The system allows us to cross-reference invoices against jobs, providing greater financial oversight and ensuring we only pay for completed work. It also improves accountability - contractors can be challenged or recalled based on performance.   The ability to allocate multiple cost lines to a single job is invaluable for managing complex works.
 

Job Calendars

 
The drag-and-drop job calendar functionality has significantly improved how we allocate and schedule tasks for our internal engineering team. It allows us to group jobs, optimise engineer time, and increase operational efficiency.
